Vestel Dishwasher F2 and F5 Error Code Issue

Hello,
Since we purchased our dishwasher, we have been unable to resolve ongoing issues with it. We have reported problems with the F2 and F5 errors repeatedly during the warranty period, and we have not been able to use the machine comfortably. Even our guests have had to wash their dishes by hand when the dishwasher malfunctioned. This is unacceptable!
After the last service visit, the technician acknowledged the issues but mentioned that the motherboard and water system would need to be replaced. Despite their efforts, the problems persist. We have requested a replacement for the dishwasher, as we have had enough of these ongoing complaints.
When we last sent the machine for inspection, we were told it was working fine. However, just a day or two later, the same issues returned. Additionally, the machine was returned with visible damage, as shown in the video I provided.
Currently, our home is flooded because of the dishwasher, and we had to place a bucket under it to catch the dripping water. We are desperate for a solution as we have suffered greatly due to this situation. This reflects poorly on your brand, and we are extremely dissatisfied.
As a business ourselves, we understand the importance of customer service, and we believe there should be a resolution for customers facing such issues. If this cannot be resolved, we would prefer to switch to a different brand and purchase a new machine.
