Sugo App Won’t Let Me Send Messages to Friends

I am a user of the Sugo platform on an Android device and for about a week now I have been unable to send any messages to my friends. When I try to chat, the application only shows the warning “This function has been restricted” and does not allow me to send any single message. I was not given any clear reason or explanation for this restriction and I have no other information in the app about what caused it. Because of this situation, I cannot communicate with my friends through Sugo at all. I kindly request that my messaging function be fully restored on my Sugo account so that I can communicate with my friends again, or that I am at least clearly informed about the reason for this restriction and how it can be removed.
