Bosch Dishwasher Warranty Issue Prevents Repair Despite Active Coverage

Hello everyone,
I own a Bosch dishwasher that I purchased in 2018. This was actually my second time buying the same model, as my previous machine couldn’t be repaired due to the lack of an extended warranty. This time, I ensured to purchase an extended warranty—or so I thought. When I called customer service, they confirmed that an extended warranty was registered under my name and address, but upon checking the warranty paper, I noticed the service technician had mistakenly applied it to a different machine. My dishwasher's serial number is 226, but the warranty was applied to a machine with serial number 229.
It’s been 15 days, and I’ve been washing dishes by hand. As a mother of two boys on their school break, this is incredibly stressful. The service center keeps promising to contact me or sends messages saying, “Your part has arrived,” yet nothing happens. I have all my documents proving my claim, but my patience has run out.
If the repair isn’t free under my warranty, I refuse to pay. I expect Bosch to either fix the machine under my warranty or provide a replacement. This issue is clearly not user error but a defect in the machine. It’s unacceptable that a service technician’s mistake has left me in this situation. I demand a swift resolution from Bosch.
