Appeal Against Permanent Free Fire MAX Modifier Ban

I am a Free Fire Max player on Android and my account was suspended on 19.09.2026. When I try to log in, I see a screen saying that my account has been permanently banned for “using a modifier”. I want to clearly state that I have never used any kind of hack, modifier, third‑party application or unfair advantage in the game. I always played fairly and followed the game rules. Despite this, my account was suspended without any explanation by email or in‑game message apart from the generic ban screen. I kindly request that my account be investigated in detail and that you check your systems and logs again. Since I have not used any modifier or illegal tool, I ask that my account be unbanned and fully reactivated. I would like to continue playing Free Fire Max with my existing account and progress, and I am ready to provide any additional information you may need during your review.
