Ever since I bought the Miele Boost CX1 Graphite vacuum, I've been dealing with weak suction power all the time. I've been complaining and sending it for service multiple times, but they keep dismissing my concerns. They told me to get in touch with nplus, saying, "You purchased it from them, so speak to them." Even when I told them about the weak suction just a week after buying it, they didn't take it seriously and said it's just my opinion.
I really want a refund because buying a vacuum these days is not easy, and it has caused me a lot of trouble. I really want this issue to be resolved quickly.
