Miele Triflex HX1 Battery Drains Badly and Has Low Suction

My Miele Triflex HX1, which I had high hopes for, has let me down miserably. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product due to its lackluster floor head and weak suction power. Keeping it clean is a pain, and the battery dies sooner than I thought. Worse yet, the brush component stopped turning, and the service I contacted under warranty demanded that I either send it in for repair or bring it to a service location, both of which would have cost the same. To top it all off, they want money for both the service and the replacement of the part, even though it's still covered by warranty. As funny as a joke! 🤎 I purchased it in December of last year and have used it probably fifty times. Right now, I'd prefer to use my corded vacuum again.
