I bought a Miele Boost CX1 Powerline Bagless Vacuum in March because I wanted a high-quality appliance. Just a few months down the road, I would find myself in the middle of a frustrating experience with its service, and I had no idea.

After I found a problem, I had it fixed. The prognosis was that I needed to wait a painful 1.5 months for a new filter. Is that so? Am I better off waiting to purchase a new vacuum? To rub salt in the wound, the service staff behaved condescendingly, as if I had selected a 'lesser' brand. The so-called 'lesser' model that they brought up is now selling for an unbelievable 11,400 ₺.

Please, please, please, fix this immediately. I can't take much more of this waiting game; my patience is wearing thin.

My complaint has not been resolved yet, no one has called or inquired.

I would like to point out that I am still waiting. It's October 28 and today is December 1. They say they are calling and communicating, but there is no result.
