Tefal TY99F1X Force15.60 Flex Vacuum "Fixed" But Still Sucks Back, No Help!

Since purchasing the Tefal TY99F1X Force15.60 Flex cordless vacuum in November, it has been to the service center twice. The technical service in the region claims there are no issues and promptly returns it. However, the vacuum expels what it sucks in. It's as if they're mocking me, saying 'There's no problem at all' and sending it back. I've been a homemaker for 23 years, and this isn't my first vacuum. I chose Tefal with confidence, as I use their other products too. I want a refund; I've had no productivity. I have two cats at home, and I specifically bought it for their fur. It's my first time experiencing an issue with a product and not getting a resolution. I'm constantly going back and forth to Media Markt with the vacuum box. Thankfully, the staff there are very helpful. I demand a solution to my problem. They should take back this product for a refund; I don't recommend it to anyone. Additionally, its battery life is too short, and there's no spare battery.
