Windows 11 Pro Purchase, Double Deductions, Missing Order History

On November 3, 2023, I purchased Windows 11 Pro for 6,299 TL from Microsoft's Turkiye own page, and the KEY did not arrive in my e-mail for days, and it appeared that the order was pending. When I called customer services, I was told that it was related to the bank where the money was authorized, so I constantly got into call traffic between the two parties, and then Microsoft customer services told me that I had to wait. On November 6, 2023, the product I purchased arrived in my e-mail, but another 6600 TL was deducted from my Ziraat account. When I called Microsoft, they said that the money that was provisioned on November 3 would be returned to my account. When I looked today, the money on both dates was deducted from my account, and even the product I purchased does not appear in my order history on their pages. All my e-mails and account history are visible, I asked the bank for the provision numbers for both currencies. Provision numbers are: 1. Provision; 424504 2. Provision;374311 I want this problem to be solved urgently. The issue is glossed over by blaming the bank, but you are the ones responsible for withdrawing the money on two dates and not showing the order history. I want my grievance to be resolved immediately.
