Kaspersky Failed to Refund My Money for Returned Digital Product
I purchased a digital product from them on April 13, 2023, and requested a return soon after. Despite the legal period for returns having expired, I have still not received my refund. Kaspersky Turkey claims that the money has been returned, but Ziraat Bank says they did not forward the refund. This situation has caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I trusted Kaspersky to handle my return and refund promptly and efficiently. However, it seems that they have failed to do so, leaving me in a difficult situation. I cannot recommend Kaspersky Turkey to anyone, as their customer service is unreliable and unprofessional. They have failed to meet my expectations, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Please, rectify this situation, do sth to provide me with the refund that I am owed.
