I Report Unauthorized Microsoft 365 Subscription Charges Despite Cancellation

Although I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, I have not used the service for almost two years. Since 2023, my Turkcell bill has been charged 350 TL every month, creating a serious financial loss.

About a year ago, when I noticed this issue, I contacted both Microsoft customer support and Turkcell to cancel my subscription. I was told that it was cancelled, but no matter what I do, the charges continue to appear on my monthly bill. All of these transactions were made directly through Microsoft and Turkcell, not through any third party or store.

Every month, my phone number (5346***440) is being charged. I am being forced to pay for a service I do not use.

I demand a full refund of all fees charged to my bill for this Microsoft 365 subscription that I have not been using.
