Microsoft's No-Response, No-Refund Policy

I was hoping to get my money back from Microsoft after canceling a subscription I bought recently, but I haven't heard anything back from the company as of yet. The website claims that refunds are processed within 72 hours and credited to the original payment method. But it's been several days and the money still hasn't been credited back to my account. Microsoft has misled me and exploited me, and it feels terrible. I've reached out to customer support multiple times but haven't gotten a response or any help. I'm desperate for this problem to be fixed as soon as possible because I'm very upset about what's happened to me. Please tell me about your experience getting a refund from Microsoft or any other company. I feel obligated to warn others about the problems that may exist with this product before they decide to buy it.
