I Lost ₺3000 on MEXC Due to a System Error and Got Only $10 Compensation

I’m extremely angry with MEXC after losing what should have been a ₺1700 profit because of a system failure. I had opened a hedge position on VIDT coin, and when the price dropped, I was up ₺1700 in profit. But due to a platform error, the system didn’t let me close the position. No matter how hard I tried, it simply wouldn't execute the sale.

As a result, instead of locking in my gains, I’m now sitting at a ₺3000 loss. This wasn’t a mistake on my part—it was a platform malfunction. I reported it immediately and explained everything in detail, expecting fair compensation.

What did MEXC offer? An insulting $10. This is unacceptable. They need to take full responsibility for their technical failures and cover the losses they caused. I'm demanding proper compensation—anything less is theft.
