I Face Unauthorized Access and 4,599 USDT Theft on MEXC Account

On October 11, 2025, during the night hours, unauthorized access was made to my MEXC account, and at 09:48, a total of 4,599.5 USDT in my spot wallet was transferred to another account without my knowledge. My account was accessed through an old email address I had previously deleted, and all my funds were stolen. As soon as I noticed the incident, I froze my account for security reasons. My account username is *“s**t”**, but I currently cannot access my ID verification information.

I have sent multiple emails to MEXC customer support, but I haven’t received any response. Only once did I receive an automatic reply in Chinese and German, which contained some generic support addresses. My account did not have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it could only be accessed via email login. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a severe security breach, and the device and IP address used for the transaction do not belong to me.

Currently, my entire USDT balance from the spot wallet has been withdrawn, while I managed to transfer the remaining funds from the futures wallet to my bank account earlier that morning. My account is still frozen, and I cannot log in at all.

I request a full refund of the stolen funds and a detailed investigation into this incident. I also expect a prompt and transparent response from MEXC customer support regarding the matter.
