I am extremely frustrated and concerned with my experience on Mexc. Out of nowhere, the entire balance in my Spot account disappeared, and all my transaction history vanished along with it. When I check my wallet now, it shows a ₺0 balance, which is absolutely shocking and unacceptable.
I have received no email, no notification, and no explanation from Mexc about what happened. I don't even know if the coin I was holding was delisted — there has been zero communication. To make matters worse, even my past account activity is completely missing. I can't track anything or understand what went wrong.
This situation is completely unacceptable for a platform where people trust their money. I urgently demand that Mexc investigates this issue, restores my correct balance, and provides a clear explanation immediately. Users like me deserve transparency and accountability.
