Metro Turizm Call Center – Rude Attitude and No Customer Support

On July 16, 2025, my father purchased 4 tickets from Metro Turizm at the Esenler Bus Terminal. However, one of the tickets contained an error, so he called the customer service number listed as (0212) 477 94 48 to request a correction. A female staff member answered the call and stated that she couldn’t help and had no way of knowing which bus the issue was related to. She then told my father to “call the 850 number.” Naturally, my father, unaware of what this meant, asked for the general Metro Turizm customer service number. Instead of helping, the staff member responded aggressively, saying, “There are thousands of numbers. Am I supposed to spend half an hour giving you mine?” When my father asked, “But isn’t there just one 850 number?” she hung up on him. I was personally listening on speakerphone and found the behavior unacceptable. I immediately called back to ask for her name, but she hung up on me as well. This kind of behavior is neither appropriate for a corporate company nor acceptable in any customer service setting. Employees of a major company like Metro Turizm should at the very least adhere to basic standards of communication and courtesy. I am officially reporting this disrespectful treatment to all relevant authorities and request that appropriate disciplinary and training measures be taken.
