Metro Turizm Charged Me for a Trip I Didn't Take

I purchased a ticket from Metro Turizm via www.obilet.com for the Inegol (Bursa) to Konya trip on May 30, 2024, scheduled at 07:00 AM. The ticket had the reference number YBMRPM4 and seat number 21. Despite waiting at Inegol bus station past the departure time, the bus did not arrive. I called the bus driver at 07:07 AM on their personal number 5323****88, and they informed me that they left because there were no passengers. I reported the issue to the Metro Turizm agent at Inegol bus station, who then provided me with the contact number for the Bursa Metro Turizm representative, 5550****57. When I called this number, I was directed to contact Metro Turizm customer service at 08502223455. Due to my urgency and delay, I purchased another ticket from Luks Aksel Seyahat via www.obilet.com for the same day, with PNR 5672168 and seat number 10, at 08:14 AM. The fare for the Metro Turizm ticket was charged to me, but I did not receive a refund for the trip I did not take. The miscommunication between the Inegol Metro agent and the bus driver caused me financial and emotional distress. I request immediate resolution of this issue and a refund for the trip I did not take.
