I Bought a Ticket on Turna but the Bus Skipped the Stop

On July 24, 2025, I purchased a bus ticket departing from Istanbul Gebze Bus Terminal. While buying the ticket, I called Turna customer service to ask whether the bus, which was listed as departing from Esenler, would also stop at Gebze. The representative told me that all stops were listed on the ticket page. When I checked, I saw that the bus was indeed scheduled to stop at Gebze, with a specified time. However, when my passenger went to the terminal on July 25, agency staff informed them that the bus would not stop at Gebze. I called Turna customer service again, asking for assistance and a solution, but the representative spoke rudely and indifferently and eventually hung up the phone. If Turna is acting as an intermediary in this process and I chose to purchase my ticket through them, then they should assist in resolving such issues. Is their service only valid during the purchase? In the end, I had to contact the bus company myself to resolve the issue. If I’m forced to solve problems on my own by calling the bus company, then there’s no point in buying a ticket from Turna. I am not satisfied with Turna’s service and wanted to share the inconvenience I experienced.

"Despite informing the officials at turna.com about the problem I experienced on 14.10.2024, they kept me waiting by saying they would call me, and ultimately there has been no progress. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional behavior. In this situation, I am deleting the Turna app from my phone and wishing them success in their business endeavors. The star rating I will give is 0."
