Metro Company's Buses Were Dirty and Old

I am currently traveling from Zonguldak to Istanbul and experiencing the worst Metro service I’ve ever encountered. The bus is old, with seats falling apart and most of them broken. It is extremely dirty, with filth and dust everywhere. How can these buses be allowed for long-distance travel without proper cleaning and maintenance? I had to switch seats multiple times because the seats were broken, and each time I moved, I found myself in another dirty, stained seat. The condition of this bus is unacceptable and disgusting.
