Never Take Metro Turizm Buses!!! It Broke Down, Ruined Our Vacation, I Demand Compensation

I booked a bus ticket for my parents' vacation from Bursa to Fethiye with Metro Turizm. It was for the bus that left at 2:15. What should have been a 12 o'clock arrival became a 7-8 PM arrival because of the old and rickety buses of Metro Turizm. Our plans were derailed and our ₺10,000/day hotel stay was ruined because of this delay. Who is going to pay for this harm? Your badly maintained bus broke down; why should I pay for it? Who gives you the authority to make people wait for five or six hours? We will not stop exposing you until you face consequences, even though everyone is aware of what a horrible company you are.
