Hello, on July 27 at 5:00 a.m., the Metro Turizm bus operating the Istanbul-Ayvalık route broke down. We've been waiting for about 3 hours and they still haven't arranged another vehicle. When we call customer service, they say "the authorities are taking care of it," but in reality, no one is doing anything. It's really disappointing choosing Metro Turizm turned out to be a complete letdown.
