Shell Bumer Rest Stop in Silifke Always Has Closed or Dirty Toilets
The rest stop at Shell Bumer in Silifke, Mersin, constantly has its toilets closed. Every time we ask about it, the staff gives the excuse that they’re "broken." Is it really possible for the toilets to be broken every single time? It seems like they don’t want to hire workers to clean them or are intentionally directing customers to the nearby rest stop, whose toilets are in an appalling condition.
How does a reputable company like Shell allow such poor conditions? It’s baffling that there’s no proper monitoring or enforcement of basic hygiene standards. This is unacceptable, and I urge Shell to take immediate action to fix this ongoing issue and improve customer experience.
