I booked a bus ticket for my parents' vacation from Bursa to Fethiye with Metro Turizm. It was for the bus that left at ...2:15. What should have been a 12 o'clock arrival became a 7-8 PM arrival because of the old and rickety buses of Metro Turizm. Our plans were derailed and our ₺10,000/day hotel sta
