Faulty Car Battery from Metro Grossmarket in Bursa
I purchased a 12-volt 60-amp Inci brand car battery from Metro Grossmarket in Nilüfer, Bursa on September 4th, 2023. However, when I installed it in my car, the engine refused to start. I returned to the store to get a refund, but they told me that I couldn't get one without a service report. Why should I be looking for a service report for a brand-new product I just bought? Isn't there a simple return policy within 7 days? This situation has made me very angry. I anticipated a simple return process for a product that was clearly defective from the start. It's frustrating when stores make it difficult for customers to exercise their basic consumer rights.
