Opel Grandland Broke Down After 2300 km and No Replacement Vehicle Was Provided

I bought a brand-new Opel Grandland electric vehicle, and it broke down with a "electric drive system error" after just 2300 km, merely 12 days after I made the purchase. On February 3, while on a trip near Kayseri with my family, we found ourselves stuck on the road. The tow truck took three hours to arrive and transport the car to the Kayseri service center. It has now been five days, and still, there is no replacement vehicle available, nor has there been any resolution for the car's repair. It seems like every person I reach out to just shifts the responsibility onto another individual. I would like to formally request a complete refund for the vehicle. I truly regret my choice to purchase an Opel after this experience.
Hello, the reason for the malfunction is that after charging or during charging, the vehicle's ignition relays lock into position and activate self-protection mode. It's not an international issue; according to the relevant error code in the program, you need to enter the pack repair section and perform an ECU reset. Roadside assistance needs to come and do the reset. I experienced this twice, and both times it happened after charging with ZES or Trugo. Similar complaints have been reported on social media with different vehicles, probably due to voltage fluctuations, etc. In short, there is no need for the car to stay at the service for days.
