Mercedes-Benz is Yet to Send Me an Invoice!! Calls to Customer Service Do Nothing!!

I purchased a new vehicle from Mercedes Benz, and even the process of issuing the invoice seems beyond their capabilities. I have been waiting for three days for the invoice to be issued. Despite multiple calls to customer service, I have not been able to achieve any results. Having switched from my previous BMW to Mercedes, I must say it seems like a significant mistake.
