I purchased a one-year MentalUP subscription on 14.02.2024, and the receipt is attached as proof. However, today, despite my active membership, I was unable to log in. In my confusion, I mistakenly purchased another subscription on 14.12.2024.
This issue has caused significant frustration as I now have two subscriptions, and yet I cannot access my account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Either restore my access to the original subscription or refund the duplicate payment. MentalUP should ensure a seamless experience for its users, and I trust you will address this issue urgently.
