Unable to Access Mentalup Account After Paying Annual Fee – No Response from Support
I subscribed to the Mentalup app on August 19, 2024, and the annual fee of ₺599.99 was charged to my credit card. However, I am now unable to log into my account using my email; instead, the app opens a guest account and prompts me to subscribe again. I’ve already sent an email explaining this issue to De****@mentalup.net, but I haven’t received any response. I am requesting that this problem be resolved promptly. If not, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Mentalup, please address my issue and restore access to my account as soon as possible.
