Mental Up Membership Charged Without Activation – Requesting Refund
I accidentally purchased a Mental Up subscription, but despite the payment, the membership was never activated. The app keeps prompting me to buy the membership again, even though I’ve already been charged. I tried reaching out to Mental Up’s customer service via WhatsApp, but I received no response at all.
I’m requesting immediate assistance to cancel this membership and for a full refund to be processed back to my account. It’s disappointing to pay for a service that doesn’t activate, and I expect prompt action from Mental Up to resolve this issue.
