Mentalup Charged My Card Twice After Free Trial
I initially signed up for a free trial on Mentalup, which I canceled before it expired. However, on October 24 and again on October 25, I was unexpectedly charged twice on my card for a subscription. I did not authorize these charges, and I’m requesting an immediate refund for both transactions. Mentalup, please address this issue and provide guidance on how I can have these charges reversed. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
