MentalUP Paid, But Account Reset & Locked
I paid for MentalUP, yet my account has been reset and now appears as a restricted account. It keeps asking for an activation code, even though I have already made my payment.
I urgently need assistance as my exam is approaching, and I can’t access the full features of the app. I have already sent an email to support but received no response.
This is completely unacceptable—I paid for a working account, not to deal with technical issues and delays. I demand immediate activation of my account or a full refund if this issue isn’t resolved. MentalUP, please respond now!
