I Face Instant Charge on Mental Impulse App Despite 3-Day Free Trial

I started using the Mental Impulse Brain Exercise app on the Android platform. Although the app claimed to offer a 3-day free trial, ₺939.39 was withdrawn from my bank card on August 20, 2025. About 10 minutes into the trial, I realized the app didn’t meet my expectations and canceled my subscription. However, when I later checked my account, I saw that the amount had still been charged.

Since the app charged me despite promising a free trial, I’ve been left financially affected. I request a full refund of the ₺939.39 that was withdrawn from my bank card.
