Mental Impulse App Charged Me for a Year Immediately After Subscription

As soon as I subscribed to the Mental Impulse app, it charged me for a full year, even though it said there was supposed to be a one-week trial period. A total of ₺939.99 was withdrawn from my account. I canceled the subscription on the first day, but my money has not been refunded.
I request that the company contact me immediately. This is not a small amount, and there was no proper trial period — the app activated a yearly plan without my consent. I don’t wish to continue using this service and demand a full refund right away.
