The app Impulse Brain Training Games claimed to offer a 3-day free trial, but ₺224 was withdrawn from my account just 3–5 minutes after I installed it. This amount should only be charged after the trial period ends, if I don’t cancel. Therefore, I request a full refund of the amount that was charged prematurely.

I kindly ask for your assistance and support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
