Memrise Lifetime Pro Not Working — Keeps Showing ‘Something Went Wrong’ on iPhone

I purchased a Memrise Pro lifetime membership in February or March 2025 through iOS. The subscription was linked to my account: Se**********@gmail.com**.
However, when I try to log in to the app on my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 18.7.1), I constantly get the error message “Something went wrong, please try again later.” The app only displays the language selection screen, and I can’t move past it.
I’ve tried multiple internet connections and attempted logging in several times, but the issue persists. I haven’t yet deleted and reinstalled the app, nor have I tried logging in on another device.
I request that my lifetime Pro membership be reactivated and that I regain access to all Pro features I paid for. This issue has prevented me from using the app despite purchasing a permanent subscription.
