Ewa English Showing Connection Error — Unable to Access Premium

Today (November 18, 2025), while trying to log in to my Ewa English Premium membership on my Android device, I encountered a connection error. After entering my login details, the app shows a connection error and I can’t access my account. I purchased my Premium membership through Google Play, and I am certain that it is active. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my device, but the issue continues. I have never experienced a similar problem before, and I have not yet contacted customer support. I live in Istanbul.
I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible so I can regain access to my membership.
