Memrise Subscription Charged Without Access – Refund Not Provided

While searching for educational English programs, I came across Memrise. Upon logging in, I received an offer for a 1-month Pro subscription at $22. However, as soon as I proceeded, ₺782 was instantly deducted from my account. I exited immediately, but the cancellation didn’t process, and now my subscription doesn’t even appear as active.
Currently, the app lists the 1-month fee as ₺600, yet I’m unable to access any Pro features, nor have I received a refund for the amount charged. The only customer service option is an ineffective bot, which hasn’t resolved my issue. Memrise, please address this problem urgently by either restoring my subscription access or issuing a full refund.
