Memrise Premium Videos Not Working on iOS — No Response from Support

I’m a Memrise Premium subscriber, and for the past three weeks, the videos on the iOS app have never worked properly. Despite sending multiple emails and reaching out to Memrise via Instagram and X (Twitter), I haven’t received any response at all.
Their customer support has been completely unresponsive across every communication channel I’ve tried. Because of this ongoing issue and lack of support, I canceled my subscription.
I’m requesting that either the problem be fixed immediately or that I receive a full refund for my Premium subscription. It’s unacceptable for a paid service to ignore its users and leave issues unresolved for weeks.
