I Paid for Lingokids Annual Subscription but It Says My Membership Already Expired
I purchased a 1-year Lingokids subscription on September 11, but the app is acting as if my membership has already expired. Every time I open the app, it blocks all content and redirects me to purchase Lingokids Plus again. I enter my password thinking it might verify my subscription, but everything remains locked, and I’m pushed toward only the limited free content.
This is completely unacceptable and confusing. How can a full-year membership expire after just a few months—or worse, show as expired immediately? I paid for an entire year, and yet I can’t access what I was promised. The app clearly does not reflect my payment.
I want Lingokids to immediately reactivate my subscription or refund the full amount I paid. This kind of technical issue and lack of clarity undermines trust. Please respond and resolve this right away.
