I Paid for Ewa English Pro but Can’t Access Content
I signed up for a yearly Pro membership through the Ewa English app on March 14, 2025. However, despite completing my payment for the full Pro version, the app still shows locked features and keeps asking me, “Do you want to become a Pro member?” This makes no sense — I’ve already paid for it!
To make things even more confusing, I initially tried to subscribe through an Instagram ad offering a 3-month plan for $39. But due to a payment issue, that attempt failed. I then downloaded the app directly and completed a discounted payment for the yearly subscription.
Now, not only does the app not recognize my membership, it’s also trying to charge me again as if I never paid. I’m stuck in a loop, unable to access the premium content I paid for and being prompted to pay again.
This situation is unacceptable. I either need immediate access to my Pro features or a full refund. I won’t be paying twice for a service that’s already this confusing and frustrating.
