I purchased an airline ticket from Aer Lingus for travel from the United Kingdom to Turkey scheduled for June 18, 2025. ...However, I later decided to cancel my trip. I contacted an Aer Lingus representative by phone to inform them of my decision, but my refund request was not accepted by the airline.

I bought a trench coat from Beymen and spent quite a bit, anticipating exceptional quality. But I soon realized that the... buttons were badly attached and began to fall off because of shoddy stitching. I had to sew each button back on myself, which is definitely not what I expect from a premium brand....
