Beymen Trench Coat Buttons Fell Off Due to Poor Tailoring and Quality

November 5, 2024 12:29 AM85

I bought a trench coat from Beymen and spent quite a bit, anticipating exceptional quality. But I soon realized that the buttons were badly attached and began to fall off because of shoddy stitching. I had to sew each button back on myself, which is definitely not what I expect from a premium brand. If they missed something as obvious as button stitching, I can't help but think about what other hidden quality problems could be lurking around. It's pretty disappointing to witness a brand like Beymen, which has built a solid reputation, letting go of its commitment to quality craftsmanship. I was hoping for a better experience from a store with such a good reputation, and now I'm left wondering if they truly care about quality.
