On October 12, 2025, at around 10:30 p.m., I placed a drive-thru order for four Big Macs at the McDonald’s. When I received my order, the fries, colas, and crispy chicken were in the bag — but all four Big Macs were missing. We live in Pendik and had picked up the order on the way home, so we only noticed the missing items once we got back.
I tried calling the branch several times, but the phone was constantly busy. I then contacted McDonald’s customer service, who said a report had been filed and that I would be contacted soon. However, I still haven’t received any follow-up. I paid ₺1,500, and I’m truly disappointed to have been left in this situation after paying such a high amount. I request that the missing items be replaced immediately and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
I’ve never experienced a problem like this before, and I sincerely hope the matter is addressed promptly.
