On October 15, 2025, at 12:40 a.m., I placed an order through Trendyol from McDonald’s Polatlı branch. However, my order was never delivered. I waited for nearly two hours, but the branch never answered their phone, and Trendyol customer service said they couldn’t reach either the restaurant or their couriers. I eventually had to cancel the order, but the amount I paid has not yet been refunded to my card.
I’ve had similar problems with this same branch before, and these issues keep recurring at random times. As a customer, I’m repeatedly left disappointed. I request that this branch no longer be allowed to sell through Trendyol Yemek. I also ask that the branch be officially warned and that my complaint be resolved. I do not plan to order from this branch again.
