McDonald's Order Not Received, No Refund Given

On May 21, 2024, at 1:49 AM, my friend and I ordered two Big Macs from the McDonald's Aydın Efeler branch. Despite not requesting that we not be called, the delivery driver attempted to call me. When he couldn’t get through, he didn’t bother ringing the doorbell and took the order back. We called the branch, but neither the order was delivered nor a refund issued. I placed the order through Getir, and when I contacted their customer service, they informed me that the order wasn't canceled and still appeared to be on its way, hence no refund. I never expected such poor service from a major chain like McDonald's. I will not be ordering from them again.
