On October 12, 2025, I placed an order for a Happy Meal through the McDonald’s Çarşı branch. However, one of the items in the meal was missing, and I had to go back to the branch to get it. Although the missing item was eventually replaced, no one apologized or provided any explanation throughout the process.
I would like to emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction and request that necessary measures be taken to prevent such issues from happening again. At the very least, I expected an apology for the inconvenience I experienced.
