I've loved using the Maybelline Hyper Precise All Day Eyeliner for years, but my recent experiences with it have been frustrating and disappointing. The last eyeliner I purchased seemed dried out straight out of the package – it was so faint that it barely showed up, almost like it was already used up. I thought it might be a one-off issue, so I bought another from a well-known chain store, only to encounter the exact same problem again.
