I’ve been a loyal user of Maybelline Hyper Precise All Day eyeliner for years, but my recent purchases have been deeply disappointing. I’m unsure if this is due to a production batch issue, but both products I bought were nearly unusable. The tip is weak, and the pigment barely shows, making it impossible to achieve precise lines.
