I bought the Maybelline New York Hyper Precise All Day eyeliner from a Mion store, and it dried out in less than 15 days. From the beginning, I noticed the cap felt unusually soft, but I assumed it was just a design choice. Later, when I compared it with the same eyeliner purchased by someone else, I realized mine was clearly defective. The difference was obvious—my eyeliner was faulty from the start.
Now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use, and I’m out ₺400 for it. I expect quality from a brand like Maybelline, not a dried-out pen that barely lasted two weeks. Why aren’t these products checked before reaching the shelves? It's unacceptable that a global cosmetics company sells something so poorly made without any accountability.
