Mavi Sweatshirt Shrunk After Washing – Poor Quality and No Accountability

The product with code M0610925-620004, which you left at the Erm Serracity AVM Mavi store with a Shrinking-Shortening complaint, has been examined by the Mavi Quality Team, and no error due to production has been found. The change in the product may have developed due to factors it was exposed to during washing and drying conditions. I bought a sweatshirt from Mavi, but it shrank significantly after just one wash and became too small to wear. I took the item to the Erzurum Palerium Mall store and reported the issue. They told me it would be sent for inspection. Today, I received a message stating the review was complete. The response blamed the shrinkage on "factors during washing and drying," essentially refusing to take responsibility.

Shouldn't a product's quality hold up through standard washing and drying? Why invest in a pricier item if it doesn't last? This reflects a huge drop in Mavi’s quality. Their customer service seems more focused on dismissing complaints than solving problems. I won’t shop there again, and I demand a refund!
