Mavi Jeans Mavi Sweatshirt Shrunk After Washing – Poor Quality and No Accountability

I bought a sweatshirt from Mavi, but it shrank significantly after just one wash and became too small to wear. I took the item to the Erzurum Palerium Mall store and reported the issue. They told me it would be sent for inspection. Today, I received a message stating the review was complete. The response blamed the shrinkage on "factors during washing and drying," essentially refusing to take responsibility. Shouldn't a product's quality hold up through standard washing and drying? Why invest in a pricier item if it doesn't last? This reflects a huge drop in Mavi’s quality. Their customer service seems more focused on dismissing complaints than solving problems. I won’t shop there again, and I demand a refund!
